When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
"I wanted to be a fireman and a garbage man because I thought they only worked one day a week. I also wanted to work in a deli because I wanted to operate the machine that cuts the meat. And, I wanted to be a pirate and a spy. I had grand intentions of doing all of those!"

What person in your life has had the most influence on you?
"My parents. I'm an only child and when I was  younger we moved quite a bit, so I've always been really close to my parents and I've always been the light in their eyes. Everyone comes to that point in their life when they realize that what your parents taught you is actually right!"

Which of your co-stars would you go on vacation with?
"It would be a blast to go on a vacation with Winsor Harmon (Thorne). He's such a fun guy, and he's so curious. He's so interested in everything and wants to see the sights and check out the restaurants and the culture. I think he'd be fun to travel with."

What's your favorite item in your character's wardrobe?
"[Rick] has a tan and blue, light pin-striped, Hugo Boss suit -- I borrow it all the time. I really like it."

Which of your cast-mates is the biggest behind-the-scenes clown?
"John McCook (Eric). He bases some of his day on trying to make people laugh, and I think he gets upset if he doesn't."

What question would you be happy never to hear again?
"How similiar or different are you from your character. I get asked that one all the time and I wouldn't be too upset if I never heard it again."

If you could trade places for one episode, which crew member's job would you most like to try?
"I'd like to trade places with one of the camera guys because I'm interested in what they do. It seems fun and really challenging having to move and focus and do all that stuff at the same time. Or, I'd like to be a director for a day to see what they go through. As an actor, it might give me a better idea of how to  work with them. You never really see what they do in the booth because it's a dark dungeon, and we don't go there!"

What defunct television show do you miss the most?
"AIRWOLF. It's the helicopter, man! It would be cool if they came up with a modern version of [that show]. I was into KNIGHT RIDER and THE DUKES OF HAZARD, too."

Which fad are you surprised you fell for?
"Rolling the bottom of my jeans."

Have you ever had a  mishap in a fight (or catfight) scene?
"It wasn't really a fight per se, but not long after I started on the show, Amber told Rick that  little Eric was not their son and [Rick] got so angry that he punched the wall. I wasn't supposed to hit it that hard, but I did. Not only did I leave a mark in the wall, but it felt like I broke my hand. It was so painful that I had tears in my eyes."

Which former co-star do you still keep in touch with?
"Mick Cain (ex-C.J.) and I hang out all the time. We go out at least twice a week usually. I love [Mick's son] Haven. He's a great little kid. Mick is a great dad."
