Minister: Dearly beloved, we are gathered here in the presence of God, to join this man and this woman in holy marriage, which is instituted by God, regulated by His commandments and to be held in honor among all men. Forasmuch as these two persons have come hither to be made one in this holy estate, if there be any present who knows any just cause why they may not lawfully be joined in marriage, I require him now to make it known or ever after hold his peace.
Ridge, do you take this woman to be your wife, to love and honor from this day forward, in faith and tenderness, to live with her and cherish her, according to the ordinance of God, in the holy bond of marriage?

Ridge: I do.

Minister: Caroline, do you take this man to be your husband, to love and honor from this day forward, in faith and tenderness, to live with him and cherish him, according to the ordinance of God, in the holy bond of marriage?

Caroline: I do.

Minister: Will you vow your love to one another?

Ridge: I, Ridge, take you, Caroline, to be my wedded wife, and I do promise and covenant before God and these witnesses to be your loving and faithful husband, in plenty and in want, in joy and in sorrow, in sickness and in health, as long as we both shall live.

Caroline: I, Caroline, take you, Ridge, to be my wedded husband, and I do promise and covenant before God and these witnesses to be your loving and faithful wife, in plenty and in want, in joy and in sorrow, in sickness and in health, as long as we both shall live.

Minister: The rings, please.

Ridge: With this ring, I thee wed, in token and pledge of our constant and everlasting love.

Caroline: With this ring, I thee wed, in token and pledge of our constant and everlasting love.

Minister: By the authority committed unto me, I declare that Ridge and Caroline are now husband and wife. Whom, therefore, God hath joined together, let no man put asunder. You may kiss your bride.

Minister: Dearly beloved, we are assembled here in the presence of God, to join this man and this woman in holy marriage; which is instituted of God, regulated by His commandments, blessed by our Lord Jesus Christ, and to be held in honor among all men. Forasmuch as these two persons have come hither to be made one in this holy estate, if there be any here present who knows any just cause why they may not lawfully be joined in marriage, let him now make it known, or ever after hold his peace.

Taylor Hamilton Hayes, wilt thou have this man to be thy husband and wilt thou pledge thy troth to him, in all love and honor, in all duty and service, in all faith and tenderness, to live with him, and cherish him according to the ordinance of God, in the holy bond of marriage?

Taylor: I do.

Minister: The ring, please.

Ridge: I, Ridge Forrester, take thee, Taylor Hamilton Hayes, to be my wedded wife. And I do promise and covenant before God and these witnesses to be thy loving and faithful husband. In plenty and in want, in joy and in sorrow, in sickness and in health, as long as we both shall live.

Minister: By the authority committed unto me as the Minister of the Church of Christ, I pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss your bride.

Minister: Friends and family, we are gathered here today to witness that most holy of commitments, the sacred bond of marriage. Ridge and Taylor have shared with me, as I am sure they have shared with all of you, the story of their unique and special love, a love that has brought them back to each other after so many years of being apart. And yet, they were never truly separated. For even as their lives took different paths, their hearts were always connected. Ridge and Taylor have selected a reading to describe the steadfast nature of their love.

Stephanie: Let me not to the marriage of true minds/Admit impediments. Love is not love, Which alters when it alteration finds, Or bends with the remover to remove: O, no! It is an ever-fixed mark, That looks on tempests and is never shaken; It is the star to every wandering bark, Whose worth's unknown, although his height be taken. Love's not Time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks/Within his bending sickle's compass come; Love alters not with his brief hours and week, But bears it out even to the edge of doom.

Minister: Ridge and Taylor, marriage was begun that a man and a woman might learn to love, and in loving, know joy. That they might learn to share pain, and in sharing, know strength. That they might learn to give, and in giving, know unity. And marriage was begun so that through their joy, their strength, and their unity, a man and a woman might become creators of life itself. We are not angels, nor are we gods. Love can become hatred; joy, sorrow; marriage, divorce. But we are not condemned to failure. The wounds of sorrow can be healed, and new life built on the learnings of the old. This is the reason for our gathering today. To renew our faith in the strength of hope and the power of love. Into this holy union Ridge and Taylor now come to be joined. If any of you can show just cause why they may not lawfully be married, speak now or else forever hold your peace. Taylor, will you have this man to be your husband, to live together in the covenant of marriage? Will you love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, and forsaking all others, be faithful to him as long as you both shall live?

Taylor: I will.

Minister: Ridge, will you have this woman to be your wife, to live together in the covenant of marriage? Will you love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, and forsaking all others, be faithful to her as long as you both shall live?

Ridge: I will.

Minister: Who gives this woman to be married to this man?

Jack: Her mother and I do.

Minister: Join your right hands. I invite you now to declare your vows before God.

Taylor: I, Taylor, take you, Ridge, for my lawful husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.

Ridge: I, Ridge, take you, Taylor for my lawful wife, to have and to hold from this day forward for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.

Minister: The rings, please. Lord, bless and consecrate Ridge and Taylor in their love for each other. May these rings be a symbol of true faith, and always remind them of their love. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Taylor: Ridge, I give you this ring as a symbol of my vow. And with all that I am and all that I have, I honor you.

Ridge: Taylor, I give you this ring as a symbol of my vow. And with all that I am and all that I have, I honor you.

Minister: Forasmuch as Ridge and Taylor have consented together in holy wedlock, and have witnessed the same before God and this company, I pronounce that they are husband and wife, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Those whom God hath joined together, let no one put asunder. You may kiss you bride. Ladies and gentlemen, may I present — Mr. and Mrs. Ridge Forrester.
